Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tubes, components, and hardware are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the components for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
